Long Beach Anniversary Fest 2009

The 2nd Annual Long Beach Anniversary Fest will be held on Saturday, August 8. Last year's fest was a huge success thanks to the hard work of the volunteers who organized the event. Most of those volunteers, including Festival chairperson Zanne Johnson are members of the Band Boosters, and the Festival is the Boosters' most important fund raising project.

Last year's Festival earned enough so that many of the frequent pesky fundraisers of the past could be eliminated and it put the boosters finances on solid footing. We are counting on this year's Festival to do the same but we need your help.

Whether you are a carpenter, a nurse, a cook or a clerk...regardless of your age or talents...whether you can give an hour a day or an hour or two a month, we need your help. We have lots of jobs before and during the Fest. So give Zanne a call or send her an email. Get involved. We promise you will have a lot of fun and you will help make next year even better for our Bearcat Band.
